Judging by the way this guy is staggering around - completely baffled as to how he should be filling his car with fuel - he must be either blind drunk or high
This shocking footage was recorded at a petrol station in Grangemouth, Scotland. We can only hope the footage was handed to police, and that the clearly intoxicated driver didn’t crash and hurt anyone…
