Anyone know if You can preload forza horizon 4 on PC yet? I keep getting error messages

Unfortunately I missed my neighbours F40. He’s mad rich, cars that I’ve seen him in include:
Ferrari F40
Bugatti EB110
Pagani huayra
Range Rover SVR.

His range rover is his daily as I see that quite often, I’ve seen the F40 twice and the others I’ve only seen once. He has more but I’ve never seen him drive them.

Quick question, since removing the cat is illegal in the UK, how do people get away with having straight piped exhaust systems? Do they fit the cat just for the MOT? Just wondering because it seems like everybody at all the car meets I go to have removed the cat.
