For the ones who remember: I fixed my head gasket a while ago. With that, I let the valve seats be overhauled, the head was not only planned, but also reduced by 0,5 mm… And no, it seams, with all that pressure that stayed in the zylinders, the piston rings gave up… 😑 But hey! New project: oversized pistons! Should I upgrade the piston rods, too?

How is the plastic cover called, which is installed under the hood, between the headlights, covering the opening in front of the radiator. I want to exchange the old plastic one with a selfmade one and want to look for a template or something like that, but I don’t even know the correct name to search for it… 😅
