Boy I haven’t been here in ages
Anyway, I have recently purchased a ‘88 CBR600 F1, and now it’s time to put it away for storage. I have done all the usual winterizing bits, but there’s something I’m not so sure about.
I topped the tank off and added fuel stabilizer, then turned the petcock off and ran the bike until it died, to drain the float bowls. I have heard some people on the internet suggest the bike should be run for some time with stabilizer in the tank, to get that through the carbs as well. Of course, I hadn’t done that. Will this affect my bike come spring?
