In your opinion, what is the best tire company?

I plan on buying a 2009 Dodge Challenger RT for $15k (USD) 98k miles. Is this a good price? What are some things to look out for?

I can’t decide whether to get a 350z 03-06 or a Challenger 09-11? I’m aware of the issues with the z, and I’m not sure about the Challenger. I will always love JDM, but there’s nothing wrong with Muscle. What do you guys think?
