Hey guys. I have a PS3 and I don’t really have any car games on it (unless gta V counts)

I was wondering…what is a good game for ps3 that let’s you:

-hoon around the city (not in a race)
-and cosmetically costumize your car

Thought I would just sum up CarThrottle within that last few weeks,

1. People complaining about reposts.
