Little less than 3 years and I will be able to get my licensce(I need to be 18). And I already started to think about my first car. And I just fell in love with Alfa Romeos( I liked them wayway before but not that much). I really like 159 for a long time but I probably won’t have money to buy it so my first pick is 2001-2003 Alfa Romeo 156. What you CTzens think about that as a first car? Reliability? What engine should I go with? Every help is good

I am looking for my first car. I want to import it if my parents allow me. I’m thinking between 320d e90 and 118d e87. 3 series is better looking but e87 is cheaper to buy and import. What do you think?
