I feel that anytime someone customizes a car in a way that another doesn’t like, they are called a ricer. In my opinion, I believe ricer means - someone who customizes a car in a manner that does not increase performance but thinks it does. If someone puts a wing on the back of a fwd and thinks it helps, yeah that’s rice. But if someone puts a wing on the back of a fwd because they like it, then why not just respect them for doing what they enjoy? Just a little rant
