When he came across this young man revvin’ in his Supra and revvin’ it hot

The Devil jumped in his bucket seat and said “Boy, let me tell you what.”

“I guess you didn’t know it but I like to street race too.
And if you care to take a dare I’ll have a race with you.
Now you drive a pretty good Supra boy, but give my sleeper its due.
We’ll bet pink slips, but I will win ‘cause I am better than you.”

The man said “My name’s Tanner, and it might be against the law,
But I’ll take your bet; you’re gonna regret ‘cause of my thousand-horse Supra.”

Johnny, slam your foot down on the gas and shift the gears,
‘Cause losing such a car would be the biggest of your fears.
And if you win you get the Devil’s sleeper truck,
But if you lose the Devil gets Suu-uu-uu-pra.

The Devil shifted up so fast you’d think he was the flash.
And he smoothly lifted off the clutch and pushed down on the gas.
He flew past all the cars as his turbo made a hiss.
His diesel super loud, his Cummins sounded somethin’ like this:

When the Devil passed, Johnny said “That’s pretty good, old son,
But sit down in your seat right there, lemme show you how it’s done.”

Twin turbo madness filling your ears.
The 2JZ, so fast, so fierce;
K&N intake pickin’ out dirt.
Sweat from the speed all over your shirt.

The Devil punched the dash ‘cause he knew he had claimed defeat.
And he laid those ownership papers onto the Supra’s passenger seat.

Tanner said “Devil, just come back, if you ever wanna race again.
I told ‘ya once, you son of a bit ch, I’m the best that’s ever been.”
