Of course, if you write things that would even remotely speak for EVs, you receive downvotes. Even if they are absolutely true. Now, I don’t really bother with being up- or downvoted whatsoever usually, but that has to be a freaking joke. Really immature discussion culture on this website, seriously.

This is exactly what I have adressed in one of my blog posts a couple of months ago: it really doesn’t matter if what you write is even true by any means, as long as it goes with the mainstream opinion. This is not just immature, but absolutely toxic.

I am writing facts - note: not opinions but actual true facts - and being downvoted into oblivion.

Alright, I don’t want to start any drama or something. I really don’t bother with the downvotes - I’d rather write what I want to write and be downvoted than being silenced by a horde of children who think that their opinion outweighs facts. It’s the principle that pisses me off.
