Oil in spark plug well

Mind my termanology. But when trying to find a leak in my rocker cover, after getting it off i discovered a pool of oil in one of my spark plugs. i havent had any check engine lights or heard misfiring so 1. Is it a problem 2. How do i drain it 3. I can probably stop it from happening again with sealant, correct?
