Hi, im looking to buy a c2 vts as my first car once i pass my test. Im just wondering if there is anything i should look out for and my parents are saying it will be too quick for a first car, so i was wondering your opinion on that as well. Thanks :)
Personally any car is dangerous / too quick for a first car as it is exactly that, something which you’re going to want to push until you find how good (or bad) you can actually drive. So it’s not too fast but could be expensive to insure. So to keep parents and your bank both in good stead you could go for the 1.4 furio model which is aesthetically the same but less power and less cost to run and insure. Didn’t skip a beat for me, but you could always check the parkers reviews and autotrader review for faults
Thank you very much, hadnt really considered the furio, but after having a very brief look seems good. Thanks again
