EP2 opinions?

I’ve found an EP2 for sale. 131k miles but with full dealer history and has had cam belt/gearbox bearings sorted. Cat C repaired with type R body kit, JDM R wheels and Type R suspension.

Opinion on this and what should I look out for? What would you say it’s worth too? Thanks
