Because in America the average age of someone with a powerful car is a lot lower than most countries (due to cost, taxes, insurance being so low here) and our driving test is a joke. You drive around the block and if you manage not to hit anything for 3 minutes and can at least back into a parking spot the size of a small state one time, you’ll pass with an A+ I wish we had driving tests and training like Germany
