I was one of those who liked the first episode
but this one was kinda meh
I liked the first episode better. This one was way to scripted. Still funny, but I didn’t like it very much.
Very scripted
They’re all extremely scripted, just that this one episode’s jokes didn’t really piece together very well.
Gutted about James saying that no other car gets close to 1:1 power to weight ration…… What about the egg 1:1
I thought the same thing, how could you forget that?
The 1:1 uses PS rather than American HP though, so its possible that the other car could be closer.

I quite liked it. The Grand Tour is like the “ideal stag do” with your mates!
Without wanting to sound negative…did anyone else find the second episode a little…meh? 😔
Yah for sure, they spent more than half the episode bickering and arguing about stuff that was supposed too be funny ( but wasn’t). They also dwelt on the same joke for way too long ( like when they James keeps getting shot ). They kept killing the guests ( which was funny for the first episode but was old by the second ). I think we all wanted ( and expected) more than what we got.
