In all seriousness, vacuum leaks, an vacuum lines should be checked often. With the amount of heat the 13b produces vacuum lines get brittle and crack over time.

I would not recommend doing that when stationary, That is not a good idea, even worse if you do this especially when the engine is cold, I would recommend normally accelerating up to 7k rpms when in gear and moving, as this is more than adequate to do this.

Another tip, I would recommend changing the rx7 oil every 3 months regardless of how many miles you have accumulated, however if you track your 7, I suggest changing every 2months or immediately right after your second track day.

Delete OMP and run premix to save your apexes lol. You do not want the conventional dirty engine oil blend to be injected into your rotor housings. If you delete the OMP you can run full synthetic and reduce rotor housing wear by premixing two stroke oil into the gas.

Hey all. So I really want to know what owning an RX-7 is like; I have the opportunity to get one - it’s an import, and I’d really like to take it back to India if that’s possible.
Problem is, the only “garage” that may be able to help me out if there’s a problem with the car is named DC Motors, and that’s an if - it’s likely they have no idea how to diagnose or fix the car should something go wrong.
Should I even consider getting one at this point?
