Today, we’re looking at a car that’s mid-engined, supercharged, and available in either rear or four-wheel drive. Sounds like some sort of super-exotic Italian supercar from the a few decades ago, doesn’t it? But, the object of Doug DeMuro’s latest quirk-finding quest is actually an MPV: the Toyota Previa.
But the Previa’s engine placement (it sits under the front seats, making toping up fluids…interesting) isn’t the only thing that’s weird about it. From weird air vents to odd styling touches, there’s plenty for Doug to get stuck into here…

I had a 1995 model that was as supercharged but rear wheel drive not 4wd. I pulled motorcycles on a trailer with it. It was an excellent mini van, with great cargo capacity too. My wipers were quiet, age may have played a part. It remains the only mini van my wife and I have ever owned.

You dont have to take apart half the mr2 just to change spark plugs tho

Thanks for tagging me 😃Actually, I’m surprised that he gave it 10/10 for practicality. I don’t think that moving driver’s seat in order to check oil level can be considered as something practical.
