I have a golf mk4 1.4 16valves, but its engine has a weird ticking noise (mostly from the left valves). Engine runs and the car does drive good. Anyone with simular problem or someone with a solution? Thanks in advance!!

You could try and use some sea foam or marvel mystery oil put some in you’re oil when you change it next it will tell you the amount on the bottle and put some in you’re gas that could help to lubricate the valves and cam and could help.
Are you sure its not the weird green box that is ticking?
Oilchange can help
Is it not your chacoal canister? My R32 used to make a clicking noise from it and was completely normal. Its just venting pressure when its full.

I think this thread should explain it well enough.
All mk4 golfs have a charcoal canister for emission purposes
