how I get my wheels to shine again

after buying my MX5 in september I noticed that the previous owner probably never properly cleaned the wheels. break dust and dirt from the streets has stuck to the wheels paint for over 20 years. the only solution: sand them down and repaint them
the result is nice as you can see in the video and it increases the cars value
