What car came with the f22a4?

So I’m running a f22a1, but the f22a4 has better manifolds. From what I’ve read, I should be able to switch the relatively easily.

My problem is this: my parts hookup needs what car the part is off, not just the engine number.
So what car comes with the f22a4?
