After class I went to my car and noticed someone had put one of my wipers up.
Does this mean anything? Is it some sort of symbol?

As I know, in Spain it’s used to check if your car is abandoned, if it is, they bring their tools and they only will leave the chassis or they simply will steal it.
Interesting, hopefully no one was planning to steal it hahaha…

To me it means 2 things - either some was kind hearted to remove something offensive or to leave a note.
