Thing is though they were more than 50% over the intersection when they crashed so it means the other driver might have been at fault because they weren’t at the insection when the youtubers started crossing

It seems to have been their fault if the van thingy didn’t come behind a stop/triangle sign, if the road they were on doesn’t have the “right of way”
Thought speed is a huge factor, which seems to be quite high for the type of road.
But it does look like the Kangoo had right of way.

I hate to be that guy but they seem to be making it out worse than what it was. People, and myself, have been in worse situations than this and we didn’t make a deal of it.
Besides, hope these guys are ok.
What made it bad was it hit the wheel which translated all of the energy into the frame of the car rather than letting the body absorb it. The damage doesn’t loot bad and the injuries aren’t bad but the fact that there was enough energy to make the car do a full 180 means that van hit em hard.
