We’ve gotten used to seeing Teslas making supercars look silly in drag races, so where do we progress from here in the world of electric vs unleaded YouTube battles? The answer comes in the form of the Rimac Concept one. We’ve already seen this crazed, 1088bhp monster best a LaFerrari, and now thanks to Salomondrin - the multiple supercar owning dude who likes to say ‘cupbangers a lot - we get to find out how it fares against a Porsche 918 Spyder.
Sure enough, the superfast EV and its 1180lb ft of torque beat Stuttgart’s finest across the line. So, when’s the Rimac vs McLaren P1 race happening?

I can say it’s not often we Croats can be proud of something else beside beautiful nature and great food/winve.

In my opinion, this is stupid, supercars arent drag only machines, they are prepared for circuit use. I bet that the concept one cant complete even one lap in the ‘ring. And if it completes at least one, im sure its time isnt comparable with the time of these supercars

Apparently they can.. They have worked really hard on the cooling mechanisms of this car to make it track capable and not get overheated.. If you note.. Salomondrin did say that the 918 overheated after the multiple runs on the dragstrip but the rimac didnt.. Its because of the multiple cooling mechanisms in this car.. So I think this car does have the capability to run on the track.. Lets hope we can find that out soon
