Aston Martin - Watch: The Aston Martin Valkyrie’s Glorious V12 Sound Will Restore Your Faith In Cars - News

The war against the combustion engine and loud exhausts is in full swing, and electricfication is threatening the existance of the loud, fuel-guzzling machines we love. However, every so often, a special, noncomformist car drops onto the scene and break all of the rules. The upcoming Aston Martin Valkyrie, with its naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 unit built from the ground-up by performance experts Cosworth, is the maverick we’ve been waiting for.

As this footage attests, the car and its glorious engine produce a soundtrack reminiscent of V12-era Formula 1 cars from the ‘90s. This footage, captured by 19Bozzy92, will only deepen your love for the mighty V12 and its incredible soundtrack. Take a listen to it below.

Adding to the drama of the 1,139bhp hypercar’s test run is the gloomy wet weather that has drenched the Mugello circuit. The rooster tail of water surging behind the British hypercar makes this footage borderline epic.
