N here I thought it was only in SA where you could get robbed in broad daylight with people just watching.
If people can just pretend they don’t see anything and act like zombies, too concerned and ignorant in their own world; everybody can just randomly steal bikes and so on I guess. This is how you know, people are just going back to Neanderthals.
Then again, if it’s the posh area of London, you’d probably expect this.
Every now and then, someone who interjects in a robbery gets shot or stabbed. Just saying.

That’s messed up. I can’t understand the mindset of someone who can just stand there and watch. Not even call for help or anything… pathetic
My brother had a similar situation with our car, some idiots destroyed the windscreen with rocks. When he later saw it he called the police, but what makes me really angry is that after the police left, they asked a woman from the nearest house and she said that she heared and saw two people, but she never got the idea to call the police?!
