I strongly recommend to always use new soldering,
Drop it a few times on your table or on the floor and the lousy soldering points go loose. :)

You can always use superglue in the gel form. It does not glue that fast and you can remove the leftovers before it dries. It is most certainly cheaper than sugru.

Yes definitely use new soldering, in fact there isn’t even enough left on the points to re-use. Feel free to stick up a link (sorry for the pun!) to the gel superglue, would be good to know of some alternative methods. Thanks for the comments :)
