This Stelvio-Based Render Previews The Ferrari SUV-That-Isn't
A designer has grafted a Ferrari front end onto an Alfa Romeo Stelvio ahead of the real thing's arrival, and the results... well, judge for yourself
We know you all love the idea of a Ferrari SUV-but-definitely-not-an-SUV, so we couldn’t pass this by without bringing it to you.
These neat renders come from Brazilian designer Kleber Silva. Essentially he has moulded a Ferrari nose onto the body of an Alfa Romeo Stelvio, added Scuderia shields on the wings and, of course, five-spoke Ferrari alloy wheels.
We’d expect the forthcoming Ferrari nope-still-not-an-SUV to be a bit more visually aggressive than this, given the latest – and stunning – styling work on the 488, The Portofino and the GTC4Lusso. But this is nonetheless a first pretend glimpse at the car Ferrari once said it would never make.

So do I! I dont have a problem with SUVs but I do have a problem with companies like Ferrari and Lamborghini building them.

That thing should never be a thing. If it does become a thing, I will have lost all respect for Ferrari
It’s scheduled for about 2020 or 2021, so you can lose respect in a few years. (SUV craze might be dying down at that point, who knows)
