So they are pretty much equally fast and the BMW was definitely catching up and would’ve overtook the Mercedes. The BMW is definitely better thru corners and the Mercedes is ugly af.
imo the A 45 is decent looking, not beautiful, not ugly too.
Plus the asphalt is a little bit wet..

I’m not sure, the A45 is a bit of a beast in the corners as well, I’m sure the average driver would get the A45 around quicker and most of us as well.
I totally agree with you, the a class in normal form looks like an ugly Korean hatch but the A45 is so riced that it makes my eyes hurt. Plus yes, it’s undeniable a fast car but it sounds awful and with that transaxle configuration the handling and playfulness of the chassis is nowhere to be found.

Well please no. The AMG is ugly and the engine isn’t any better then the BMW’s. Remember, it’s 0.001 secs and the track was wet. Under dry conditions the BMW would’ve won.
Nah, the M2’s straight 6 is a much better engine IMO. I’d take the BMW. I do like the Merc though.

I can’t understand how can that be acceptable on a new car. If its a cheap small city car, then its okay but on a BMW…
Mercedes is not much better trust me. I work in merc dealership and some cars are just shocking. You would expect the more expensive ones to have better finish and nope it’s the same no matter how much you spend.
The M2 is actually faster than an M4, so that A45 is not slow at all.
