Things Didn't End Well For This Liberty Walk 458 At Monterey Car Week

This special-edition 458 took one for the team at Monterey Car Week. What a mess...

With every rare supercar worth its salt crammed into Monterey for a whole week, there was bound to be some form of drama occurring on the nearby roads. Unfortunately, this Ferrari 458 Liberty Walk took one hell of a shunt, smashing its front-end off and leaving the emergency services to clean up the resulting mess.

Thankfully no one was injured in the crash but it’s always painful to see a special-edition supercar biting the dust.

The car was just angry about having such a horrible looking bodykit on it.

I give him props for one of the first things he says: “Everyone’s OK, it’s just a car”
Putting peoples safety before his car deserves respect.

Well i agree but disagree obviously peoples safety should go first but also no the car isnt just a car its way more any car guy that really love his car will tell you its his girl, its like a companion its not just a machine its a friend, for you csnt say its just a car or you sir did not deserve that car from the beginning. But yes i agree completely it was good he put human safety first but that doesnt mean you just completely forget about your car.

Special edition? Isnt it just a 458 with a body kit?

Not necessarily special edition. But the car was indeed special. It’s one of the only Ferreira to have 50k miles on it xD

With he way the guy drove the thing and beat the piss out of it it might as well be a special edition. This car is(was) a complete opposite of a garage queen.

It’s a normal 458 Italia with a Liberty Walk kit and a spoiler. Nothing special about it.
