We generally know what to expect from YouTube channel DragTimes. When a new video comes out, you know it’s probably going to involve a drag race with a McLaren 720S, a Tesla Model S or perhaps a Dodge Challenger Demon. This time though, Brooks has something a little different to present: real estate advice.
Well, sort of. What we’re given is a look at a super-posh $32 million, 20,000 square foot penthouse at the top of the Porsche Design Tower in Sunny Isles, Florida. And the name isn’t the only car link here: the pad includes 11 parking spaces that are actually on the same level as the apartment itself.
Yep, it’s one of those spectacularly cool car lifts, perfect for the super rich man or woman who wants penthouse life without being more than a few metres away from his or her ride. I think that’s what’s known as a ‘First World problem’.

Well for the same price you can have more parking spaces but they are only going to be in a regular peasant heated garage
