So i am getting a lease car and i obviously want to personalise it a bit- any ideas on how i can make it my own but then reverse it back to stock?

With a lease car don’t you get the option to purchase at the end?
If you modify it you might decide to keep it at the end…?

Or a pre-tuned ECU it can be removed and the factory ECU will slot back in and the car will return to normal

Get an axle back exhaust.. If you buy one specific to the car it should just be a few bolts.. Should take you make 30-45 mins.. And then you can put your stock muffler back on later.

Exhaust systems? I mean just replace the stock ones and keep them until inspection time
