To be honest when both the shows are running we will have to car shows to watch rather than just one. Of course which everyone clarkson Hammond and may is in, is probably going to be much better but we’ve now got 2 car shows.
Fifth gear is just going to be dead TBH. You’ve got 2 of the biggest people on the internet for the love of Phil.
Should make 3, the other one being a TV show for 2 Guys 1 Car
Will watch the CH bits. Not hating on Evans, but I just find him incredibly boring.

In my eye’s, the new TopGear will be more about cars, less about humor and vise versa with Clarkson, May and Hammond. I didn’t like the old topgear in the later serieses much was too much fakery and humor, which is why I think I might like the new topgear more but I’ll still watch both. inb4 h8
I think it will be a return to pre-2002 Top Gear, where Clarkson just reviewed cars, but with a bit of humor added in.
You didn’t like the old Top Gear…but you’re going to watch Clarkson May and Hammond anyway.…kay o_O
I’m glad that these guys will take top gear in a new direction. As much as humour is good from time to time , I like my informed car news and information. Always been a fan of Mr Harris and I can’t wait to see him make the new series!
Who are people trying to kid? I can’t wait for both shows, regardless of lineup. I’ll watch any car show and give it a chance. Top Gear USA even got a chance. Chris Evans is an enormous car guy, he’s not to everyone’s taste but it will still be a good show.
il watch the first episode and then decide. it might be a complete flop, it might be bloody brilliant, who knows?
