The Moto3 race in Malaysia was an unusual one, with three of the lead group crashing simultaneously at Turn 7, with one rider already in the gravel and another joining them shortly after

For reference, the first rider in the gravel was Adam Norrodin. Then three of the lead four - Lorenzo Dalla Porta, Brad Binder and Joan Mir – all crashed on the following lap. Fabio Di Giannantonio followed them off into the gravel just seconds later too!
Francesco Bagnaia won the Moto3 race at the Sepang International Circuit, with Johann Zarco taking victory in Moto3 and Andrea Dovizioso winning the main MotoGP event.
