Great idea but I will do it this way:
Looks weird to me having it there. And cops here pull you over for putting it there. My cousin’s boyfriend had it in the window and he got pulled over and was given a warning. Apparently police’s ALPRS don’t read the plate correctly if it is placed in the window.
This is forbidden in germany. We have strickt laws for license plates.

lmao that would be really cool. Imagine bolting on two of these and having one when you rob the bank, and the other for a getaway.
The problem of that is you get a serious ticket for having a system to hide the plates, and probably won’t pass ITV
Erm… hasn’t this thing been on the market for a few years now? I’ve been seeing these things for a while now. Also, I thought people were aware of this thing. :/
They have and I even knew about it. But you just kinda forget it even exists. I don’t have an issue with it since I am used to seeing license plates on cars. And my city doesn’t give a crap if you don’t have a license plate in the front. But, the state police do. It’s always the damn state police.

Opposite problem in my area. Got a ticket when the car was parked without a front plate. They won’t pull you over here for running without a front plate, but may ticket you for the plate if they pull you over for something else. So, my solution was a set of suction cups for $1 that allow me to stick the front plate on while I’m parked, done deal. Also, if I ever get pulled over for running without a plate, I’ll just take it out & say I forgot to stick it back on after I washed the car.
