Stop riding JC. I’m a big fan of his, but God some of you take this fanboyism to a new level. This looks like a talented bunch of presenters, who can hopefully cater to everyone, including petrol heads. Plus, there’s always room for laughs with Eddie Jordan.

Well, I’d be lying if I wasn’t looking forward to see the new Top Gear.
It’s a new series just like when Top Gear changed in 2002. So why not give it a try. It’s probably not going to be as funny as Clarkson’s Top Gear but it’s not like we aren’t going to see him again.

So I’ll watch the first episodes. If it is good, I’ll continue watching it, if not then I’ll wait patiently for the end of the year and the Amazon show.

I just don’t think that this “new” Top Gear would be great as the old one -_-

Nope, too big of a line up for there to ever be the kind of camaraderie between the presenters that the old show had…..

Plus, just because someone knows a lot about cars and driving does not necessarily mean they will make good TG presenters…… I’m looking at you Eddie Jordan and Sabine Schmitz…..

Actually… The Vintage TG (the one with Tiff Needell) had 10 cast members but they all take turns. This is probably how they’ll work. And yeah I don’t see them form as much of a bond as the TG trio from the Golden Ages. I personally would give this show a chance.

Well, it’s a show about cars so of course I’m excited. Obviously it wont be the same it was, but it can still be good. And the old trio are also getting their show, so now there’s choice as well. Win-win?
