Here's The Shocking Moment An 18-Year-Old Toolbag Smashed His Nissan GT-R Into A Toyota

A young driver in Singapore crashed into another motorist in a Toyota Corolla while apparently showing off to friends in a car park

The 18-year-old driver of this modified GT-R was driving so fast, he didn’t have time to come to a standstill before a stop sign. As a result, he smashed straight into a Toyota Corolla that was pulling out, causing serious damage to both vehicles and injuring the 65-year-old Toyota driver’s ribs.

The crash happened at Kallang Leisure Park on 27 August, and two days later the colossal douchebag of a GT-R driver was arrested by police. He’s had his driving license suspended, and his battered car impounded.

I’m just glad another GTR with a hideous body kit is off the road now.

This is why parents shouldn’t buy their kids cars like this. Let them learn on something more tame.

GTR’s are extremely tame. The driver’s the problem. If he can’t drive an AWD automatic sports car he’s just an idiot

No. Just raise your kid to not be a total f*ing idiot

y’know, not all kids drive like jackasses, i own an rx7 and i’m yet to be 19, all that matters is how mature the owner is, because we both know very well that there are as much accidents caused by people in the age of 30 and above as there are by stupid, immature kids.

Why you assume his parents bought it?

Yeah, especially when the GT-R has a fair amount of power. Additionally, it’s not the lightest car ever, which means it won’t stop quickly in a situation like this. But of course, there’s the driver.

That’s why you don’t give douchebag 18 year olds fast cars like these, you give them corollas.

Trust me a corolla may be slow on paper but still manage to crash while in the wrong hands, I’ve seen douches crash them in my country and some do it spectacularly

I don’t quite get how this relates to the accident, unless you’re referring to the myth that GT-R’s drive themselves…

OH NO GODDAMN WAY! HERE?! IN SINGAPORE?! I-I-I, The car is already very expensive, 485 000 SGD for one including COE, but not including other stuff like Options, and very fast, this driver should have learnt how to have controlled all the 500+ bhp first, before doing the mods, which most likely centred all around power. I feel SO ASHAMED Right now.

It pains me to say this but I hope he sees it get crushed. I hate the idea of destroying ANY car but this kid needs to be taught a lesson. If he ever does get a new license, hopeful he learns that there are other people using the same roads.
