If you haven’t fired up Forza Motorsport 7 in a little while, here are two nice reasons to revisit the game: a free Ferrari GTC4Lusso, and a complimentary 599XX.

These two V12 heroes of very different natures are part of FM7’s February update, which also includes a range of tweaks. Firstly, to the ‘paint space’. You now have three lighting scenarios to pick from - Ambient Light, Ambient Dark, Sunny, and Sunset.

This part of the game has also been given Forzavista functionality, allow you to manoeuvre the camera around the car, open the doors, bonnet, and boot, and even jump inside. Within the Forzavista function, you can also switch to a Free Camera system “which allows unobstructed movement around the garage home space,” Turn 10 says.

Changes have been made to the game’s force feedback compatibility, which should resolve latency issues. Finally, loading times for multiplayer races have improved, saving you anything from 10 - 30 seconds for a 24-car race. Neat!

Forza 7 has been MUCH improved since it came out. It wasn’t a bad game to begin with, but it’s definitely been cared for.

That’s why I’m glad they didn’t instantly start trying to make an 8. They decided to focus on making 7 better

Too bad this update brought a lot of bugs. Forza now seems to believe my cars can do a sub 0.010 1/4 mile and when rotating around the car in the aero upgrade part you get sent into the ceiling

The only thing that bothers me is that there are alot of cars in motorsport wich should also be in horizon like the q7 tdi or the volvo xc90 and alot more they could fo a dlc pack wich brings all normal cars from motorsport to horizon 4 because that should be easy to make

Yeah. I wanted to like Forza 7 but the lack of support for more steering wheels made me not to buy. They are like 5 steering wheels supported by this game. There are some 3rd party controller emulators, but that is not an excuse for not doin their job, how hard can it be ?

This post convinced me to buy this game. There is more “Gran turismo” in this game than in lates Gran turismo sport. I was surprised with car list, especialt slower ones like mx5, brz etc. It is very similar to GT series which I like. It suck on driving even with “simulator” mode comapre to PC2 or AC or rfactor or basicaly every non-arcane game but it’s still enjoable to play and test drive all of those cars. They have even Subaru svx… wow.

Has anyone else been dealing with the issue of the bonus cards not updating in the Race Shop? Haven’t been on in a couple days, but for the 5 days prior they weren’t changing so I couldn’t purchase any more.
