Ford's 5.2-litre, 526bhp 'Voodoo' V8 is already a powerful engine, so the last thing we thought it needed was boost. Clearly American tuners Lethal Performance disagreed, by fitting a Whipple Supercharger to give the 'Stang an unholy 819bhp

All these God damnn overstressed fcking engines are getting into my nerves. I thnk 819 bhp is unhealthy for a 5.2 V8
M… The 3.8L twinturbo V8 and 727hp of the P1 disagree with you.
The Volvo XC90 is overstressed turbo and supercharged 4 cylinder, poor engine, torturously squeezing out 400hp. On the other hand, American v8s are actually understressed from the factory, so adding boost basically gives it the same stress as say a built all motor 4age that produces 220hp, and considering that it is a modern engine it’ll look after itself better.
And they’re from Florida, too :D
