Falling Asleep Behind The Wheel Will Always End Badly

Hot on the heels of these nine rather lucky sods, we bring you shocking footage of what can happen when a driver falls asleep behind the wheel.

The napping 71-year-old driver of the soon-to-be-airborne Daewoo Matiz is seen driving down the wrong side of the road, after which his car strikes a tree, which launches the Matiz into the air like a puppet. The lightweight Daewoo is then thrown backwards into our camera-car to the harrowing sound of screams.

Miraculously, there were no serious injuries for any of the parties involved, which is testament to the safety of modern cars. This could have ended a whole lot worse.
