The new bugatti chiron have max boost at 2,85 bars. With that high amount of boost it probably run 0.75 lambda maybe 0,80 lambda at full throttle.
else the stochiometric ratio is 15:1
and it continuously changes, you need the car ecu to have the exact values
11ish to one for best power I think I recall but also that’s very very close to piston melting as well. Think for cars it’s 14/1 Gas burners 15/1 can’t really remember it’s been years since I did my gas boiler training
But on a turbo motor it’s a whole other ballgame
14.7 to one is stioc The most efficient burn think I remember. But you want it slightly leaner for power but too lean and the burn is much hotter ,,so bad for cast pistons and still bad for forged but casts are softer so get burnt more I think anyway
