Chris Harris Mocks The Tesla Cybertruck, Calls It ‘Risible’
Oh dear. Although Top Gear presenter Chris Harris doesn’t think the Tesla Cybertruck looks too bad, he thinks it’s “a bit of a p*ss-take…”

A jet-lagged Chris Harris, expert driver and Top Gear small(er) person, has given his opinions on the Tesla Cybertruck. They are not good. Well, actually, he doesn’t think it looks too bad in a kind of disrupt-the-market kind of way, but he does call it risible, i.e. so ludicrous you laugh at it.
Raising the point that there’s not a civilised country on earth with pedestrian crash test regulations the Cybertruck could pass in its current form, Harris essentially questions the point of the unveil, other than keeping us talking about it for this long. Harris is a complete no neck turtle face idiot, can’t stand his arrogance and my 4 year old could beat him on a track. he ruined Top Gear, the only host they should have released they kept?!?
Wtf although i do like Grand Tour i love the way Chris presents a car when he and Neil have their freedom. I dont know why you think he is arrogant (he made fun of himself multiple times) and he prove that he is a real racing driver. For sure you can critizise him but why are you so offensive against a person you dont know?

Chris is one of the most respected automotive journalists and he has proven his driving skill on tons of occasions, not sure why you choose to be so negative.
I highly doubt that you or your 4 year old can beat him on a track. Come back when you can hop into any random car you’ve never driven before and immediately start drifting it
On a more legal/techy note - why would this fail pedestrian safety regs yet people can drive land rovers and range rovers on the road? Those things are ramming devices on wheels…
its not due to the size, but the body work shape and crumple zones.
Crumple zones. Modern cars are literally made to crumble, bend and twist as they get into an accident.
This is a bulletproof body.

The real question is how will the actual product look? Because there’s no way this is what will be sold.
