That greatly varies based on the vehicle, as well as what condition these parts are in.

Get it up to full operating temperature, and hit the redline every time you drive.
I have a Focus with 493K, and it seems to have done the trick.

493K on a Focus…accept my sincere congratulations. You rarely see that. I have seen Cummins engines die before that
