Apparently Vin Diesel Is The

Both on screen and on set, the whole Fast and Furious deal is portrayed to be all about family. However, judging by a lengthy rant on Instagram posted by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson earlier this week, there’s trouble in paradise.

Johnson was calling out certain male co-stars for being unprofessional, and even labeled them as “candy asses”. It’s now looking like he was just talking about one person: Vin Diesel.

Celebrity gossip site TMZ reports that the pair had a meeting in Atlanta on Tuesday in the hope of easing tensions. Apparently, these tensions have arisen because of decisions Diesel has made as a producer that Johnson’s not happy about.

The former wrestler has since posted on Instagram (above) and referred to the on-set troubles, saying: “And like with any team - that’s a family [what is it with these guys and the word ‘family’?] - there’s gonna be conflict.”

Here’s hoping the pair can settle their differences. Presumably by having the manliest bear hug of all time.

Honestly, this is just pathetic. Throwing all of your other “male co-stars” under the bus in some weak attempt to publicly voice your displeasure with the way your director is calling the shots. Talk about unprofessional…

If this is what F&F has devolved into to generate publicity, it’s a sad day indeed.

Well the truth is we’ve been hearing how horrible Diesel is to work with in these movies for a while now. I think it’s time this whole ridiculous franchise gives up, i for one will personally never watch another F&F movie as long as i love cars

Yeah, apparently Diesel is a pain in the ass. Directors hate him, his co stars hate him. I really am not surprised to hear that the rock hates him.

Pay back for Johny Tran

Vin Diesel: “SWAT came to my house, disrespected my whole family because someone narc’d me out. And you know what it was you!”

The Rock: I NEVER NARC ON NOBODY!

From what I’ve heard the Rock is a genuinely nice guy and very professional, so who knows what Vin Diesel did to get him to speak out like that, probably drank all his protein shakes.

I’ll probably watch the next few movies, but as far as I’m concerned the whole series really ended with the last movie. The ending to that one was spot on, and couldn’t be any better. Anything after that I’ll treat as side stories or some sh*t.

If they would have left out that little bit with Ian Shaw at the end of 7, which set up a sequel. If they would have just left that part out they could have easily ended the series there, and I feel safe in betting that most people would have been happy with that.

I totally agree with you. F&F is like CoD: It may be getting old, but I have to experience the next one.

The franchise is making too much money for the studios for them to not make them anymore…they’re kinda ‘to big to fail’

One Lap Kings

I worked with Vin on the Pacifier. I remember for the scene that I was in with him, he showed up 3 hours late and as a 9 year old at the time, I remember asking him for an autograph and he just told me to talk to his agent for one, who then never ended up returning any calls for one. On the other hand, I met Paul Walker on the set of the Skulls and he was the kindest person you could ever meet. He was never too busy for anyone and always just enjoyed the company of others.

This isn’t even scraping the bottom of the barrel. You’re already through the bottom of the barrel and on your way to Australia. Seriously, CT, you’re sourcing TMZ these days?
