I mean…I feel sorry for paul but his Family…what are they thinking…a crash where the driver was going over the speed limit aka breaking the law is not the manufacturers fault…from that what I’ve heard it also had 10 yo rubbers on it and that is also not Porsches fault

Yup, lack of maintenance, double to the speed limit - lost control. I don’t see why we’re still discussing this. Roddas as the driver and owner of the car is at fault -> sue his family if anything.

Nobody is suing beretta every time somebody shoots themselves in the head.

I’m suing Porsche too. I want a 911 GT3 and I can’t afford one. I feel I’m entitled to have one for free.

This story isn’t far off this level of sillyness.

I don’t actually think the family is behind all this. I am at Law School and these American lawyers are the ones who most of the time persuade people to go to trial. Why? Because the lawyers will make a sh*t ton of money and generate some publicity by going to trial. So if the wife and daughter failed, they still have his dad as an opportunity. Pretty sad really, but that’s what the American legal system has become.
