1991 Toyota Soarer V8 - UZZ31

My project Soarer! I picked it up just over a month ago. It still needs a slight de-rice, but the worst part, in my opinion, is already replaced, and that would be the tail lights. The quad exhaust is gonna go off, I’m gonna run two 3” straight pipes. Drop it on coilovers, and I’ll go from there. It needed a good clean, as it was a bit mouldy. Anyway, now, 5-6 weeks later, its clean, and ready for some upgrades like; fuel pump, better cold air flow, and coilovers.

Spec:
4.0 V8, quad cam, 32 valve
260bhp (25 years ago lol)
Air Suspension
Automatic gearbox with selectable gears
Rwd
Full leather
Factory touch screen with sat nav (works, but in Japanese only)
1,6t heavy
Stock everything except the wheels, exhaust & rear fog light. (I removed the aftermarket altezza tail lights that the previous owner put on)

Nah don’t worry, I get that a lot. It’s actually a Toyota Soarer cause it’s a Japanese import. This exact same car was sold in America as Lexus SC400. For some strange reason you find most of them registered as Lexus Soarer here in UK. It’s some dvla & insurance bs, it’s easier to register it as Lexus Soarer than Toyota Soarer because they just slap a label on it saying Lexus LS400 which was sold on UK market. It’s a bit confusing, I hope it helped.

haha, im not complaining for 500 bucks. 107k miles on the clock and the seats are literally like new, no stretch marks, which i consider pretty impressive. It has to be some special bull leather. The door trims rubbed off though, so not all that perfect.
