2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart

Here is my story:

I finally decided to step up the game a bit and get me that car: a 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart

I was already seeing big plans with this car. and 1 months after a receive my firts car parts! A short antenna, a vortex generator and some knock off aliminum lug nuts from ebay.. pretty simple but hey. Summer time came in and bought some nice tires and painted the OE wheels, pretty basic but as i was a student thats all I could afford.

Then it was winter time again. Aah that canadian life… BUT winter means CARS PART here. I automaticly planned on getting new wheels and tires for the next season and getting a “me” touch on that car and thats exactly what i did!

Year 3 as begun. Freshly out of school and with a new job! I was finally able to get bigger and better parts, starting with new headlights! A bit later I found a carbon fiber hood and trunk!

Than, i remerbered that day in high school where i said to my friends “one day i will paint that car”. I first said that i would paint it orange but i found out that this car in blue is soooo sexy!! Thats in may that this project started.. what a nightmare id say for a guy that had any knowledge in bodywork

AND IT FINALLY HAPPENED!!! Fresh new paint! If only you could see that in the sun in person my friend!

And there you go for the full break down:

  • xxr 521 17x7 +38
  • Firestone firehawk indy 500
  • Muteki sr48 lugnuts
  • stoptech stainless steel brake lines
  • D2 Racing coilovers
  • Carbon fiber hood
  • Carbon fiber trunk
  • custom Magnaflow axle back

Soon to come:

  • Big wing
  • Canards
  • Splitter
  • Custom tail lights
  • Rear difuser
  • New wheels
  • Fender flares

AND MORE!

Yes they are! Really reliable cars and they handles really good too. Really stiff suspension from factory. Just need to pay attention to the timing belt, fuel tank and input shaft bearing! Those are the main problems i had with mine
