How much is this worth?

How much would this 240sx be worth? I am planning on buying it and I want to be sure I dont get ripped off. I dont know if it runs and I havent checked anything but the outside and interior of it. If the body (except for the paint) and interior is in good shape and lets say it didnt run at all (planning on putting a new motor and trans in a car like this anyway) how much would ut be worth max/min?
