I have only watched a few races on TV most are recaps online. How does one with cable and basic sports stations watch this crazy-ass & adrenaline-fueled sport?
Like, what network?

Was Marquez able to do the best time because he was on new tires? I don’t know if they are allowed to change tires, but he sort of did unintentionally do that. I assume those 2nd bike tires were warmed up before. If so, he had an advantage there, didn’t he?

Not uncrediting him for the achievement. I’m sure it must have been crazy to do that, but it’s just a thought.

They can change bikes anytime during qualifying but the problem is that bike number 2 is usually not as well set up has the number 1, but about the the bike change yes they can do it and it is a normal thing to do in qualifying,
What they cant do is change bikes during the race, unless the one you switch to is on a rain set up.

Thank you for posting about bikes! Most of us petrolheads are also bikers here, and we appreciate that.

That is not the reaction of most people when Lorenzo won.
