Okay, I need your help. My brother has a 1998 Honda Civic EX Coupe. He wants an aftermarket steering wheel, but you can get other things like lowering springs for a little bit more. He could either buy an aftermarket Momo or Eibach Lowering springs.

What do you think? Lowering springs will drop the car 1.8 front, and 1.8 rear.
