Ah, Citroen -- the quirky French brand best known for cars like the 2CV and revolutionary DS. They’ve always had memorable advertisements to go along with their unique cars. Recent ones have featured a Transformers-like robot. No robots here!
This new ad was debuted as part of Citroen’s campaign for the C3, and it is designed to show off the car’s new “Zenith” windscreen. That is does! Check out the (CG-heavy) ad below. One thing is for sure -- ads like this usually don’t fly (you’ll get that in a minute) in the United States. There’s also a making of video below.
Tony, pretty cool video, I dont know of too many Citreon dealerships in the states though, are they looking at expanding into the U.S. market place?
Hey Austin! Citroens actually aren’t sold in the U.S right now – I know that PSA has considered the possibility. Certainly would add some variety to the U.S market if they did come!
